Cathexis Inc. uses any such information it is party to solely to maintain Playbutch.com member subscriptions. Cathexis Inc. does not distribute any personal information to third parties unrelated to the purpose for which it was collected. Cathexis Inc. takes reasonable precautions to protect said information from disclosure or misuse, however Cathexis Inc. has no control over CCBill and cannot be answerable or liable for actions taken by CCBill.
10. Communications Not Private.
Playbutch.com does not provide any facility for sending or receiving private or confidential electronic communications. All messages transmitted to Playbutch.com shall be deemed to be readily accessible to the general public.
